Made by Perth parents, for Perth parents.
Reel PERTHect was created by two Perth mums who saw an opportunity to connect families, creators and local businesses in a more genuine way.
We’re Adriana and Kat: two mums from Perth who know first hand what it means to create your own village. Neither of us is originally from WA, so with limited family support, we’ve had to build our own.
While exploring Perth we each started sharing our family adventures online, and became friends, often bumping into each other at events. It took over a year to realise we live five minutes apart. (With kids, you don’t really get time to actually talk!)
We loved creating content and the friendships it gave us, and we kept sharing opportunities with creator friends. We wanted a better way for all of us to work together. Reel PERTHect is that place: Perth places, events and activities for kids, families and parents, shared by a collective of local creators. We share the fun, and the reality too.
